Order Processing and Shipping
Distriwave's acceptance of all orders, however made, is expressly conditioned upon Customers consent, either expressed or implied, to these Terms and Conditions. Distriwave's sales of Products to Customer are made on an all sales final basis and are purchased at Customer's own risk. Distriwave will not accept and expressly objects to and rejects, any other terms and conditions (whether written or oral) originating from Customer that purport to modify, add to, or otherwise vary the terms and conditions stated here in. Customer's will have deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions by any of the following: a) placing an order for Products via approved method which includes telephone, online, written acknowledgment or other act or expression of acceptance, b) Customers offer to purchase Products from Distriwave, c) Customers acceptance of shipment from Distriwave and d) Customers payment for any Products. Customer expressly agrees Distriwave will not be bound by any terms and conditions set forth by Customer unless previously agreed to by a Distriwave Representative in writing. Distriwave may require Customer to notate on the face of each submitted purchase order that the terms of this agreement control; provided however, if Customer fails to include any such notation, Distriwave and Customer agree that the Terms and Conditions of this agreement shall still control.

Pricing for all products are displayed online and do not include applicable; duties, taxes, freight, shipping costs and other charges or fees. Such fees may be for special packaging, requested labeling, permits, certificates, customs documents and other special requests. Distriwave may charge a handling fee for orders where additional packaging or services are required. Quotations generated online or by Distriwave sale(s) personnel are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Quotations may include shipping estimates and actual shipping charges may vary. In such cases actual shipping charges may be billed. Distriwave is not responsible for discrepancies / typographical errors: made by Distriwave, online, or those listed on product specification sheets created by the manufacturers represented. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

INVENTORY / BACK ORDERS / SPECIAL ORDERS / ADVANCE ORDERS

Distriwave does its best to maintain stock levels on most items offered. If an item is out of stock or on backorder Distriwave will notify Customer and do its best to provide of an estimated ship date based on the delivery schedule provided by the manufacturer. Distriwave will do its best to inform of manufacture delays that it is made aware of, but will not be held liable for late delivery, missed shipments, installation delays or dates or other related deadlines out of its control. Distriwave will fulfill orders and backorders as soon as possible. Customers desiring to purchase products not normally stocked, or products not listed on the website may be special ordered. Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable and may require pre-payment in full. Distriwave accepts (and in some cases requires) prepaid advance orders to guarantee future stock for specific items.

PAYMENT & CHECKOUT

  • Instant Paypal payment is the preferred method of payment.
  • If your payment is not from a verified PayPal account we have the right to void and cancel your order.
  • If you are paying through Paypal using eCheck, we can only ship your order after the eCheck has cleared.
  • Sales tax is charged for Florida shipments and local pickups only.
  • Orders must be prepaid before pickup. Contact us for pick up address.
  • Contact us directly if you plan to pay your order using a credit card.

HANDLING AND SHIPPING

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery will be made in accordance with Distriwave's shipping policy that is in place on the date of order. Title to the products shall pass to Customer upon delivery of the Products to a) common carrier or b) Customer's representative at Distriwave's dock. Distriwave's delivery of the Products shall be Ex Works (Incoterms 2010) Distriwave's shipping point unless otherwise indicated in writing, with all risk of loss, damage, theft or destruction passing to Customer at such point, subject to Distriwave's rights under applicable law. No such loss, damage, theft or destruction to the Products, in whole or in part, shall impair the obligations of Customer under this agreement, all of which shall continue in full force and effect. Distriwave shall not be liable for any shipping delays. Customer shall bear all applicable federal, state, municipal or other governmental tax, as well as any applicable import or customs duties, license fees and similar charges, however designated or levied on the sale of Products (or delivery thereof) or measured by the purchase price paid for the Products. Customer must notify Distriwave, by contacting Distriwave within three (3) business days after delivery of any claimed shortages or rejections. Failure to give such notice of a claim will be deemed an acceptance in full of any such delivery. Approval of any short shipment claim is in Distriwave's sole power and discretion. In the event that Distriwave grants a short shipment claim, Distriwave will provide the missing items or issue a credit memo at its sole discretion.

Handling times

We will ship your order within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving cleared payment.

Transit times

Distriwave will ship all orders using the shipping service selected by the buyer.
Distriwave cannot guarantee the expected delivery due to events out of our control such as bad weather conditions, natural disasters or by delays coming from the selected shipping service.
Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Shipping address

Distriwave will ship only to the shipping address provided by buyer during PayPal checkout.
Distriwave is not responsible for an incorrect or undeliverable address, if the package is returned to us because of it; buyer is responsible for all charges regarding reshipment of the package.
The shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Important! (For Continental U.S. Customers)

USPS Priority Mail offers a delivery time of 1,2-3 business days (NOT GUARANTEE). USPS personnel refuses to scan packages when picking them up at our warehouse. Besides that, collected packages are not always scanned on time once they arrived at the USPS facilities so buyers cannot see an updated status of their shipment until the scanning is done. If a buyer want to make sure its order arrives on time, we recommend selecting another shipping service such as USPS Express, UPS or FedEx to get their orders delivered on time.

Important! (For International Shipments)

All international shipments using USPS services must be tracked using the postal tracking system once they leave the United States. Buyers are responsible to follow their own orders and get in contact with the National Post Office of their country to get instructions in order to receive their package.

All international orders are subject to local duties, taxes and fees as determined by their local government if applicable. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local Post / Customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before making a purchase.
Cancellations and Returns
RETURN POLICIES

Product returns or exchanges may be approved on a case by case basis at Distriwave's sole discretion and are limited to the terms set forth in Distriwave's return merchandise authorization ("RMA") policies and procedures. These policies and procedures may be modified in any manner by Distriwave at any time without notice. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA from Distriwave.

Distriwave makes no warranties whatsoever on any products it does not manufacture and passes through any manufacturer warranties issued for the products it represents. Warranty returns are subject to the individual manufacturer's warranty return policy. Warranties vary by manufacturer. Customer agrees to consult the manufacturer of the product purchased regarding their warranty policy prior to contacting Distriwave. If the Product purchased is determined to be within the manufacturers' warranty policy Distriwave may assist in obtaining warranty service. If Customer has trouble obtaining warranty service from the manufacture contact Distriwave for individual manufacture warranty procedures.

If you purchase in our online store, you agree to follow and be in accordance with the following Return Policies:

  • All items are in brand new condition. We warrant that our products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The Warranty refers to the repair/replacement of a defective product during this period and not a refund.
  • Warranty is subject to manufacturer's approval.
  • No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA document.
  • Refunds for items marked as "Free Shipping" will not include the shipping cost.

RESTOCKING FEE

We apply restocking fee (25% of the item price) for the following cases:

  • Buyer made a mistake or ordered the wrong item.
  • Buyer does not need it anymore (No longer needed / wanted)
  • Buyer cannot use it due to a lack of technical knowledge
  • Buyer provided a wrong shipping address or undeliverable shipping address
  • Buyer refused the item when it arrived to his/her location

Note: Buyers will be responsible for return shipping cost. The restocking fee is applicable also for refused items that were not opened or are still factory sealed.

Buyer has to return items in the same conditions they were sent (original box).

RMA PROCEDURE (FOR Continental U.S .Customers):

1- If you feel you received a DOA item, please send us a message and give a brief summary of the issue.

2- Once your message is received, we will pass it to our customer support department and they will reply your message in less than 48 hours and give you some technical instructions in order to make it works properly or solve the issue. If the problem persists, they will ask you for some information (such as serial number, MAC address and Data code of the item) and provide a RMA form that you need to fill to process your RMA.

3- Since Warranty is subject to manufacturer's approval, our customer support will work directly with Manufacturer about it. This usually takes 3 business days.

4- Once the manufacturers confirm the item is really defective, buyer will be emailed an RMA number and instructions on how to complete the RMA. Buyer assumes the return shipping cost. Distriwave assumes the shipping cost for sending back the replacement unit.

The total time taken for the process is not fixed as there are issues related to stock availability and transit time. Typical turnaround time after physically receiving the RMA is 2 weeks.

RMA PROCEDURE (FOR International Customers and Non-Continental U.S. Customers):

1- If you feel you received a DOA item, please send us a message and give a brief summary of the issue.

2- Once your message is received, we will pass it to our customer support department and they will reply your message in less than 48 hours and give you some technical instructions in order to make it works properly or solve the issue. If the problem persists, they will ask you for some information ( such as serial number, MAC address and Data code of the item) and provide a RMA form that you need to fill to process your RMA.

3- Since Warranty is subject to manufacturer's approval, our customer support will work directly with Manufacturer about it. This usually takes 3 business days.

5- Please be advice that all Shipping expenses for replacing defective items are covered by the buyer (both ways sending and returning). Distriwave does not assume any shipping cost.
